Horrible hotel. Staff so uncooperative. All linen dirty. They didn't change it even after repeated reminders. Toilets dirty

Hi this is dalip this hotel is very dirty. Receptionist told me we will give u clear room and hygienic but after the payment then i go to room on 4th floor. We i opened the door the very dirty and unhygienic smell i got and go to reception and request her to please cancel my booking or provide me clean and hygienic room. She said to me we can't give you other room. Now i have fever guys. U can imagine how dirty hotel it was.

Room was not as in photo no facility that mentioned in description no tv no wifi. Room was dirty and little damaged.

I booked room with breakfast included but they denied saying we're unable to fetch your booking details. Kept us 1. 5hr waiting at time of checkout, despite of saying we're running late.

Room was too stinky bed sheets n pillow covers were too dirty. Gyzer was not working after complain g for 5 times they start gyzer

Dirty and unhygienic

Room size and property was good, location was just off from chandigarh city centre, during check in reception staff said my booking not confirmed. So have to call my booking agent at night 11:30 pm and problem solved by agent. So there was some mistake or miscommunication from hotel staff mmt/my agent.

I booked this hotel and pay but when I visit hotel they ask me to pay more and said they don’t consider booking mode but on other hand they don’t even refund my money. The staff was rude n they start misbehaving with me n they don’t give me room and even don’t refund my money. I literally give -100 for this worst behavior.

I booked a room for 3 nights. They refused to check-in and they told makemytrip booked this room for cheap price and they said to us to pay more 1100 rs

I had booked this hotel with 100% advance, considering this was close to the Stadium where the matches for my son was scheduled. To my surprise on reaching the hotel for check-in they told that the rooms are having leakage problems and we need to go to another hotel which was 2,5 KM away. And surprisingly there was no leakage issue in the rooms as most of the rooms were booked and stayed by our teammates. They should have informed in advance if the rooms were not available, that too taking 100% advance payment. The staff were rude and never ever stay in hotel which are highly unprofessional, unethical.
