Very bad smell was comming from the washroom and there were mosquitoes and 🦟 insect in the washroom

Terrible Stay
it was a pathetic hotel with no basic amenities. you have to pay for a water bottle which should be on a complimentary basis.

Everything was average and dirty. Washroom was damn dirty and there were insects everywhere. No proper hygiene.

pathetic stay and very very poor response from hotel
My stay was terrible , rooms were dirty , bed sheets and pillows were used by some one . Seepage was on the wall , rooms were stinking badly and washroom was dirty even all the appliances were rusted . No positive response i got . I checked on 12 am in night tried to settle it down by calling hotel . It was 0130 am in the night and next morning o had flight to catch so I stayed with my friend and having no other option to change the hotel . I tried for cancellation, it didn’t worked very very happy with the services .

I arrived tired after a long journey, expecting just a place to crash. But what I found was more than just a hotel — it felt like a warm welcome after a cold day. The room was spotless, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and even the smallest details, like a neatly folded towel or a morning cup of tea, made a difference. I came for rest, but left with a memory.

worst experience
Lock was not working on the gates and key was also not there. Air conditioning system was not working sane with remote. And room was full of mosquitoes.

property is not located at good location at all. it is situated on first floor with no signage to identify the property. no person available to take the luggage to the upper floor. no lift in the building. room AC not working.

Poor Stay
The mattress’s poor quality significantly impacted my sleep. It was not soft, but rather very hard, which prevented me from falling asleep. Despite traveling to Guwahati with the intention of getting a good night’s sleep at a hotel, the mattress’s subpar quality hindered my sleep.

Terrible Stay
Pathetic dirty hotel. Full of mosquitoes and cockroaches, dirty bathroom, linens and towels. If travelling with family, do not stay here. World’s dirtiest hotel. Waste of money. Door latches broken, no locks, congested rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE.
