Shabby rooms, leaking toilet fittings, cockroaches in room, bed bugs - how else do I describe. Mineral water bottle offered twice was not sealed

Room very small, Bathroom smaller. One has to shower on the camote. No maintenance, water dripping from all bathroom. Though breakfast available is mentioned there is practically no breakfast. They don't even give tea in the morning unless asked for. I have given 3 as it seems kind of clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly and comfortable. No hassles regarding payment or booking. Rooms were very comfortable too... Overall a very good experience from Nirmal Mahal.

The location was good but the room was very small and smelled like old times. Zero ventilation and poor maintenance when compared with the price paid.

The room looked different and off from the pictures available , the room cleanliness could have maintained .. the bed had stains and the washroom could have better clean unstained mirror and geyser could have been working - instead of having open wires and plug point opened and hanging. to conclude overall a average place and the prices were 3x due to shortage in the city due to major concert scenes. Can recommend to people who just want to leave luggage and crash for a while but avoidable for long stay.. best feature the place is well accessible and on the main junction, helps ease in access public transport and metro

Food not sufficient in breakfast. Delayed services , small room , no storage rack , cup boards. TV also not working , then they changed it

Room is not cleaned properly. Service are very pathetic. Stuffs behaviour is also not good. Overall experience is really disappointing, I m never going to refer anyone to stay there.

Cleanness of the bed was not proper. Toilet seat was broken. There was a mouse in the room.
