Terrible there is no such room we didn't even stay we lost our money time. Sir can we get our refund. For that room we booked. There is no such room

Such waste of money totally waste really we disappointed the room stay is affected our total trip because cleanness is worst and in toilet are not properly maintained no people to clean in toilet sail are inside very poor maintenance with bad smell and rooms are very small and it's dirty they charged rs -for single night but nothing is there no food, no television even no water inside the rooms and no hot water facility the bed spreed are already in wet conditions in don't know such worst premises in my life in never stayed like that outside are dust and dirty they. Don't about cleanliness.

Terrible experience. I don't understand mmt doesn't do any audit for property before registration. It was worse experience, hotel was pathetic. Room, linen, washroom and all upholstery were not clean and unhygienic. We were forced to stay there. Pathetic experience

The hotel was extremely dirty. I had to clean the toilet myself before using it. Left 2 days early because the room was so bad. Terrible experience.

One of the worst hotel i have ever been. A. There was no phone number of the hotel in makemytrip. B. Faucets, flush not working. C. No hot water d. Room and washroom not in good condition, bad odour. E. Door lock was a problem d. Poor infrastructure for the money charged

It was worst experience of my life. It was total waste of money. Dirty room, dirty toilet, no hot water for bath in the morning, no bath shop and shampoo pouch, dirty colorful bed sheet, dirty cupboard, not a single chair and table in the room, no facilities at all in room. Even no drinking water, no glass, no cup, no facilities for tea, breakfast etc. Room is totally unsecured and has a very small padlock to lock the room. Unable to lock the room properly at night due to door issue. Totally unsecured stay.
