Review Of Exotic home stay -Malvan

Waste of money. Waste of trip. Very bad experience.

It was a nice stay, google map was not there but still could find it.

It was literally one-and and a half minutes away from the most happening beach in Malvan Chivala beach. It is inside Koliwada, but kept very clean and is quiet as well. The manager was very courteous and provided all the needed help. The maintenance staff was humble. It gives a homely feel.

The stay was OK. Not that great. No food. Location was difficult to trace. Service was OK. I was not that happy with the option.

The room was exceptionally clean with comfort beds. Food was served as and when required by us. Just a few steps distance to the beach which meant you could go swimming comfortably too. Swimming however depends on the water .. It was not so good when we went to the beach on the first day evening but was clean the next morning. Rides are easily available for going to tarkali Sindhudurg etc. Overall good value for money.

Good people with good location, Relaxing atmosphere, very good service, water sports available and with very cheap rates. Hotel location is right near seashore. Food around hotel is delicious. Very good and safe place to explore. Water is so clear and scuba dive was awesome.

Nice rooms with old Marathi style House Vada touch. Only issue with hotel is that it is on the interior side and no signboard is put-on. Facilities are average, but it is very near to Malvan sea beach. Just get up in morning, walk 50 steps and enjoy the beach.

The Place is good if you are in a bigger group. The place is clean and neat but personally I will not prefer for the couples. It is in very much inside of the town and hardly you would get any auto during odd timing. However service is good. The care taker is good.

The direction boards are not there. Its too humid and hot. The cooler is there but I can't sleep throughout at night in the month of may. The breakfast poha) was very oily. Bed was very hard. One can get the countryside feel there, but need to improve.

Its a home near chilva beach .. Care taker is very good and their family prepare very good food .. Though only issue with the neighborhood, they are not at all cooperative and there is no direct road for entering in the room so you have to go through neighbours home and they always stare like you came from another planet ..

Make my trip gave me accommodation not worth for money at all. Total inconvenience. No parking place. No cleaniness. Poor illumination. Water flow in bathroom very slow. I booked it seeing pictures but I felt that I got cheated

Total waste of money. Make my trip person should first visit the site before recommending. First of all no contact no to contact owners. Address wasn't proper. It's wasn't worth to stay there. We reached there it was like nightmare. On top of this they're not aware about our booking. So you MMT don't eat cream by doing middle man. It's your responsibility to check and verify the location because we have paid to you. I am really upset with this and i will not recommend any one to use MMT.

This place is situated right near the beach and is a very nice place to relax. Also the facility offered by this hotel gave good value for money. Their breakfast I liked the most was Ghavan Chatni. Also the staff is very courteous and polite.

Its 3 mins walking from the beach with the beach view! Rooms are clean and big and the service is awesome. Vishal is very helpful and the location is peaceful and serene. Value for money for the service and for the location! Recommended for someone who is palnning some peaceful stay!

In one word superb. It is located in a little offbeat area. It is in front of Chivla Beach, Malvan. Food was excellent. Homemade one if you can shop and ask the caretakers mother to cook. Service was excellent. Very less people know about Malvan, hence contains very less people. So its an excellent place to chill.

Very good homely stay. Real malvani experience.
