Came across this place on makemy trip and had a stay for about 4 days, location is nearby beach, cleaning and service by care taker is up to the mark, no food facility was available however they made available kitchen to cook baby food, this was the best service from sai homestay.

Great location in the middle of malvan city, helpful staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and roomy. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. We went as a couple. At-least 5 persons can easily stay in one room. In summer season please book ac room. Also a small garden is there in the backyard of hotel, where u can click some pictures. Toilet is very clean and staff are so friendly. Just go for it

It was really a very great experience, it is located at center of malvan from which all nearby by tourists places are accessible. Parking is another added advantage.

It was a pleasant stay at Sai home stay, hotel was very clean, home friendliness and service by Sumit (care taker) was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for family/bachelors stay. Property is very well maintained.
