very good stay. property located at a serene location. Feels like Bali. we faced someissue and the staff promptly responded and shifted us to a different upgraded room. special thanks to Mrs. Kamini who was was super responsive on addressing our issue

we reached the resort late evening and even though the approach road was not good the resort itself looked beautiful. but that's where the good part ends! the rooms were infested with Rats (we booked 3 rooms and all of them were infested with Rats. all our fruits and packaged food that we carried for our infant had bite marks and rats were jumping on our luggage when we entered the room after dinner. the resort had shifted us to another room where they assured that there wouldn't be any such issues since they fumigated it but that didn't stop the rats from coming in! not just this but we had to wait 2-2.5 hours each time we placed a food order and had to call 8 times to get the room cleaning done during the day. I would recommend that everyone stay away from this property. i usually don't post negative reviews because I feel hotels and resorts act on customer feedback that is shared during the stay or after checkout . but I don't have any hope from this management of even working a bit to improve the situation.
