Review Of Escape Palolem - Cottages with Pool

Ekdam Ghatia hotel . No restaurant. Pool in not clean

Property had no working restaurant, there were other restaurants outside, apart from that overall stay was good.

resort is located on the beach ⛱️. It has good scenes and greenery. Easy approach. Good behaviour of resort staff. A very beautiful swimming pool and rooms / cottages are spacious

service was so bad. AC was not working. electricity issue was there. under construction property. even the swimming pool was not accessible. already raised complaint but not received refund yet

comfortable stay! serene environment! helpful staff! The rooms were as shown in the picture. Satisfied.

The property was close the beach however, it could have been better maintained

Pathetic experience, really smelly rooms, unhygienic surroundings, Dirty pool and what not

the property is horrible very different from the pictures and it was smelly. the host is not at all cooperative.

Things I liked: 1. Property was nice as displayed in the pictures. 2. Room was decently spacious. 3. Pool inside the property. 4. Staff are courteous. 5. Limited but delicious food I didn’t like: 1. Overall cleanliness - After housekeeping, room was left with water on the floor. There were spiders webs on the curtains and wall against the bed. There was mold on the wall. 2. Frequent and long power cuts 3. Limited food menu 4. ⁠Poor hygiene in the swimming pool - twigs from nearby trees were there in the pool floor.

The rooms were good but had a damp smell ( due to heavy rain). Service was terrible especially the restaurant. The food was horrible - except for the starters ( starters were good). It is near the beach ( so that's a plus point).

My recent stay at Escape Goa was awesome The location was excellent, just a short walk from palolem beach making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large, comfortable bed., howthe veg breakfast with limited options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for its location and comfortable rooms. Ambition very bad and whatever showcase in pictures exactly same not present on the site, and when we complain regarding all these issues the property owner was not understand and also not behaving well

Seat of the toilet was broken. Washroom was very small. Water was leaking from the walls. Light had fluctuation issue. But the Staff was very helpful and good. We booked the property for the pool but pool was dirty and not open.

Staffs were good but the resort is not ready for all season. We went in may and it was raining and the rooms were leaking. Even from the switch boards. On our request they changed our room and the other room’s switchboard had sparks due to rain water leakage. Pool was very dirty and restaurants had very limited menu with not so good attitude. I remember asking for tandoori items and the restaurant saying Tandoor vandoor woh sab kuch nei milega. And when i finally adjusted with what they had, he said barish rukega toh launga. Nehi rukega toh samajhlo late hoga. We had to change our resort in the night as i could not place my family at life risk. They refused to refund my money and told me to complain to makemytrip.

location is close to palolem beache walking distance, food is good. Parking space is not there for cars had an argument with neighbours local due to parking problem, swimming pool very dirty, door locking problem in every room.

One room of five had a major issue, the room and the bathroom was stinking bad - drainage smell, property manager accepted, he said he cannot change the room as they were fully booked. He showed me another hotel room and asked me to pay extra 500 per day. We had booked five rooms and he gave us only one car park. My other car had to be parked far away from the property.

room was good. but everyday morning there was no water in the toilet and nobody to take care of it. Nobody will pick up the phone in the morning. we have to run around to correct it. the reception will be unmanned till 9 am. it is horrible to survive without water in the toilet in the morning hours.
