    Extremely Disappointing & Terrible Expe

    It was extremely disappointing. Frequent power outages, Malfunctioning DG Set, Lack of service, Uncleaned room balconies & Subpar food made for a terrible experience. Despite paying 100% advance and 25k security deposit, the service was severely lacking. Staff absence and no call bell/phone line for room service added to the frustration. Management had raised hands & shown inability to resolve the issue.
