It was good stay over all , good for family as well.

The property is great. The caretaker is good. Acknowledges and fix the issues. Hall AC didn’t work and it is not a one day job to fix it so it is okay.

The place looked just like it did in the pictures, and we had a great time with our family. The property was clean, and the staff was very helpful. I would love to visit again with my friends. It was totally worth the money 👍🏻

The property was changed to amara from ivory by ekostay citing reasons like ivory is not maintained etc. Unfortunately as a visitor we were left with no choice but to accept the last minute change. Ivory is a much higher rated property than amara and inspite of causing us inconvenience and shifting to a lesser premium location, ekostay did not reduce the tariff. Also there was a rule of not using the pool on the day of checkout. The reason maybe logical but this should have been informed by the caretaker when we checked in so we could have scheduled our plan accordingly. Basically shifting is to an average villa, where we couldn't even use the pool and we were charged same as a premium property. The food prepared was reasonably good. And no complaints there.
