Terrible Stay
Hello the experience was so worst. The room was untidy, pillow covers were oily and dirty. Breakfast was available after 10 am they not even entertained tea to us before 10am they switched off the ac from main switch which was so ridiculous. No wifi network available. This was the worst experience i ever had with makemy trip

Worst customer service
Booked a large room and the owner denied that he had mistakenly kept that open so four people have to adjust in small room. Secondly he also stated that if u can't adjust than leave the hotel and take full refund. Than when asked for extra stuff he was rude enough to deny that. Very bad experience.

Pathetic - shared a detailed report with photos
familyConverted staffs room with no cupboards( was locked. Kept my clothes bags etc outside the same. Drawers were also occupied with hotel stuff. No warm water in bathroom. When asked for cupboard space owner Mr shirk e replied rudely that u can cancel & leave.

Average Stay
familyBelow average food quality, only have food at this property if you are about to pass off because of hunger. Poor bathroom fittings, room phone buttons don't work, ac remote doesn't work, dangerously slippery room floor if wet, towels having holes in it. Breakfast options are only missal pao or poha, had to request specially for bread toasts. Approach road is full of mud-puddles and water logging, no sign board anywhere except for the property, had difficulties in locating the property. Only advantage of this property is its proximity to nagaon beach, and well managed pool, although small.

Terrible Stay
Firstly I have not stayed for 2 days, I have checkout in one day on 23rd due to poor management. The image which was shown on website, was not matching, there was internet and WiFi.

Average hotel to stay
Hotel is nearby to Nagaon Beach, 5 mins walking distance. Stay is safe with family and as a couple, worth for price. Food is not that much tasty, not worth for price Other amenities are not so good as our room ac was not working properly, we complaint twice but it didn't work, wifi is there but that too not working properly. Need to do so much improvement in cleanliness.

Ac not working

Swimming pool was not accessible
The swimming pool was not available as shown in the description. However we were given bonfire free of cost in lieu of that. Please check with the Hotel for availability of swimming pool before booking.

Below average hotel
No soap, tissue paper in washroom, washroom door lock and exhaust fan not working. Veg food served was completely un-cooked. Chicken biryani was made in left over fish fry oil. So chicken biryani was smelling like burnt fish. Staff behavior was good. They have open restaurant in front of building, do not know, how would they manage serving food during monsoon. All in all not a great experience.

Overall nice experience, manager cum owner was kind enough. Beach is walkable distance, the hotel is well maintained and hygienic.

A bit better than expected
The stay was amazing. Location is peaceful and calm. Service provided was good The food service was not upto the mark.
