Bad experience rooms are very bad water leakage in room also there is no basic facilities not a single socket for mobile charging very very bad

The rooms are very big and spacious but the property is not maintained at all. Window AC made so much noise. Bathroom window was broken, there was no hot water, bathroom tiles were dirty. Rooms were smelly as they must be kept closed for a long time. Outside my room I could hear rats making noise. I was on the 2nd floor and there is NO LIFT. The staff was very nice and helpful. But given the poor condition of the rooms and low maintenance of the property I would not recommend this hotel.

It was an amazing experience staying at Sai Inn as the property is well maintained and it’s beautiful.. staff was very polite and well trained. Overall a good stay … Must visit

Old style rooms, bath fittings were horrible rooms not worth for money, service was ok. Swimming pool was under maintenance.

Stay was okay rooms are not very clean, room intercom not working, ac making lot of noise, no continuous hot water

I would like to rate 1 star for it's location, right on the main road proximity to kihim beach. Half star for the swings and slides and parking space. The property is ill maintained, service is terrible, restaurant is bad. Only the front facing cottages must b in decent condition. We were allotted backside cottage where there was a buzzer which was buzzing the whole time. We were not even provided basic toiletries. The resort charges for room / cottage is so high. Not worth your money

okay experience . good swimming pool near to beach food is ordinary felt closure to nature nice ambience

Property is beautiful, lots of trees & greenery staff is polite & helpful, food is decent. However property needs a renovation. Rooms not upto the mark, need to also provide basic toiletries in room toothpaste toothbrush shaving kits etc, which was lacking.

The property Mainteances not good, bathroom taps not working, TV cabel not working , up keeps not great

Room cleaning not done on raising complaint same is done just for the sake of doing….Window AC was too much noisy…even after complaining no action taken. Television not working. Blankets not provided. Receptionist was not bothered about the issues they shows they are very busy …overall bad experience…zero marks for hospitality

Hotel and hotel staff... Very nice , beautiful ambiance and surrounding. Food quality alao very good. 👍

Food quality and service was poor. Washrooms were not having proper buckets and other accessories. Rooms are not property decorated.

Please do not book this resort as they do not have basic room service. Also, the hotel is not clean enough, money they are charging us too high as per their services

Stay was comfortable and the staff was courteous. The property needs some repairs and renovation otherwise had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

less maintained rooms... bad odour in the room.... bad smell to bedsheets and blankets.... my daughter cannot sleep whole night....cannot close bathroom glass door... very deemlight..in the bathroom .... water taps needs repairs....we got disappointed... 😞👎
