Worst Experience – Don’t Book This Property on MMT / Ecostay The photos and the actual property are completely different – a total scam. The place is not suitable at all for families or kids. The outside area is very dirty, full of mosquitoes and even big red bugs. The vibes inside the villa are terrible – it looks outdated, almost like a haunted house. Major issues we faced: AC leaking directly on the bed TV not working No cooking facility despite being mentioned Swimming pool dirty and unhygienic I raised a complaint immediately, but the MMT team gave zero support. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept asking me to send “proof” and then cross-checked with the villa owner, who wasn’t even available! We wasted our time arguing from 8 PM to 10 PM while they simply refused to process a refund. Later, Ecostay casually offered another villa 10 km away – which was ridiculous and inconvenient. To add to the frustration, MMT called me after two days (when my trip was already ruined) to ask about the “status” of my stay. Finally, after endless arguments, they gave me a compensation voucher with so many terms & conditions that it’s practically useless. Recently enjoyed this wonderful vacation. It was very close to nature and it was exactly what we had booked for. It was surrounded by trees, fresh air and that made the very peaceful and refreshing. The accommodation was cozy and there was the support from the caretaker was amazing, really really enjoyed the overall vibe that the property offered with its lash greenery and then the pool was clean and overall like I think it was a very cozy say that we had

The stay is nothing close to the photos on your website/app. AC doesn't cool in the living room. There were multiple lights fluctuating in the stay. Pool was not deep cleaned

Location, amenities and most importantly services are excellent.

Property is located in a peaceful locality, very well maintained, and the staff is super helpful. Would definitely love to visit again.

It was a pleasant stay with very helpful caretakers who ensured that all requests were handled with diligence and in a very satisfactory manner. The villa was very neat & tidy with good spacious rooms and a very calm & serene atmosphere overall. The pool is small & will become crowded for more than 5 persons in it at a time. Would definitely recommend staying with family or friends for a weekend getaway.

The property is extremely clean and comfortable. The caretaker was quite helpful as well. There are many restaurants and cafes close to the property hence choice/options of food are abundant.

Villa was very good and properly neat and cleaned and well maintained and staff stayed in the villa was very much helpful to us and the only thing we didn't like is property's ground manager behavior was too much rude to us. We booked and in that check out time showed to us that is before 6 pm and they told us that check out time is 11 am so we plan our trip ac-coring to that so we suffer a lot and after that they told us we didn't give your deposit amount which was rs if we didn't check out according to them. I really wish i didnt booked this villa. Regret
