Ekostay - Cosy Cove Villa

Villa stay was good but there was some problem in electricity and accomodation if you are going with some extra people.

if was all a very smooth experience at this property. we loved everything about it, even the caretaker is very humble and always available at the property for all your needs.

😪 Bad experience ( dont waste your Money ) Villa is not exact as shown in images, it was very disappointing Bad experience with Care taker , he was very rude We reach at 1:40pm checkin time was at 2 Caretaker said “ aapka checkin 2 bajeka ka hai, tab tak bahar khade raho” N we ask to clean swimming pool he reply “ aap maat batao, maai karlunga “ Bad smell from him always chewing Tobacco And management didn’t allow to cook food Not even we can cook ( Lunch & Dinner) They said only we can have breakfast, no other cooking than that Wifi was also not working, any no further action from team, always same reply” trying to fix the issue” Very bad experience 😖

i appreciate your response, but i must express my deep disappointment and frustration over the villa’s condition. while the caretaker has been polite and helpful, the state of the property was shockingly poor and nothing like the pristine photos advertised on your platform. on such an important occasion—my birthday, no less for a memorable experience, even inviting guests. instead, we arrived to a villa that was unkempt, with dusty beds, stained linen, and a dirty pool. it was embarrassing for me and disappointing for my guests, as the villa was far from what was promised. attached are the photos and a video showcasing the unacceptable conditions. despite efforts to capture the extent of dust and filth, pictures simply do not do justice to the reality of the situation. it is disheartening to even have to document these issues.
