HORRIBLE, CRAZY, WORST, no negative adjectives can actually describe the experience. ROOM maintenance is WORST FOOD is equally bad. AC dose not work - prepare to get SICK Management behavior- HORRIBLE CLEANLINESS - (-) 10 PLS AVOID this property at Any cost. Will totally ruin your trip. NEVER EVER GO

Unfortunately, during your stay, there was a major power outage in the Lonavala region due to an MSEB supply issue, which was beyond our control. Our generator could not be operated temporarily due to a technical fault, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Please be assured that we always strive to maintain cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. The incident you faced was an unexpected regional issue, and not a reflection of our usual standards. We’ve already taken necessary steps to ensure such inconvenience doesn’t happen again, including upgrading our backup systems. We respect all feedback and always aim to improve. Not a good experience. Roof of the villa is leaking. Not value for money. Food was good. Host was nice . But rooms are horrible

Property is away from traffic as it is not in main bazar of Lonavala & near from highway. Property is highly recommended, specially glass house with private pool. Next time will try for Bali tent house for sure. Rooms & premises were well maintained. Caretaker Mr. Ismail was down to earth & soft spoken. Daal khichdi & egg bhurji highly recommended. Over all experience was awesome.

Great Ambience , Innovative stay with private pool in this summer made the experience outstanding. The Food and Hospitality was also recommendable , especially Host attending the smallest needs of our's. I would like to Personally Appreciate Ismail Bhaiya and Shama( Host/Owner) who made us feel like home where we Enjoyed our stay with ease and added to one of the Best Staycation Experience.Will surely recommend this Beautiful Aesthetic and Homely stay.

We loved the porperty and ambience. Specially the staff is very polite. Always at your service. Ismail bhai is a gentleman, he will help you with anything and everything you need at the property or in case of any issues. Vinay is a good co ordinator regards to the property and ambience. Finally, a big thanks to sham a ma’am for being on her toes to walk around and see if you are having a good time. She will make you get the best hospitality while at the property. Also i suggest to ignore all the negative reviews about this property as i have experienced this property and the hospitality myself and its a 5 star from my end. Thank you again.

familyPositive - mini private pool attached to room negative - 1. Very very slow response to take food orders. 2. I felt that the property is more happy if food is ordered from outside via swiggy/ zomato. 3. My bad luck, it rained heavily during my stay and my room was flooded above ankle height (min six inches above the floor. 4. No one was available to take tea snacks orders nor during morning hours for checkout, poorly managed. 5. Mosquitoes
