Sai Arcady | 2 BHK Villa

We had a good stay at the property. We were family of 5 people. In Sai Arcady | 2 BHK Villa we would have had to stay in separate 2 rooms, instead the property allowed us to stay together. Property is well maintained, has a very good caretake mavashi and is around 10 mins drive away from nagaon beach. As we had our own car it worked well for us. It has good lawn and area to play for kids. Cons - 1. Entrance is very much inside and has very narrow road. Owner should put board on main road for finding property quickly. 2. There is no facility for laundry. 3. There should be better check in and check out communication. Next party renting the house had appeared before our check out time. Apart from this we had a good stay.

Loved staying at this villa. The best part was the garden and those bettlenut trees, my in-laws loved sitting there even during afternoon hours. Would love to come again and would highly recommend this place to my acquaintance. Some very small areas of improvements. 1. Clock was not working in main room (cell change may be) 2. Master bedroom door closure not working from inside (need some minor repair) 3. Dining area fan not working at times (need some minor repairs) 4. Language barrier with care taker (sorry we hardly understand gavthi marathi) 5. Exact directions towards the villa from the main road (photo of exact turning to share) 6. Cloth hanger and key chain holder required

Sai arcady has been one of he most relaxing and comfortable stay we had in a while. The place has a vibe that will just drain out the entire urban stress. The owners of property, mr. & mrs. Deshpande have been very accommodating and hospitable. They made us feel that this property is actually ours. ) even our request to extend the checkout timing was very gracefully accomodated. Best part of the stay was the caretaker "maushi" as we called her. Too polite and hospitable in her own sense. This place is definitely our come back again place for future getaway. . 5

The super cool place is located near nagaon beach in a very peaceful environment. We two families of 5, easily accommodated in the beautiful 2 bhk house. I really love to see those madhubani paintings in both the bedroom and hall! the most important aspect of accommodation was, it has a big garden with several varieties of trees. My 3 year daughter enjoyed running in garden. The caretaker was also very humble. She served excellent breakfast and tea. Finally, the owner is very approachable, humble and polite. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at sai arcady!

Me along with my family stayed near nagao beach at sai arcady, wonderful atmosphere, pouring rains and beautiful property to enjoy. Mr. Deshpande is a true gentleman and he guided very well in advance to reach the property, there were suggestions from his end for the nearby restaurant and the caretaker mavshi took care of the delicious morning breakfast. Overall i'll recommend the property to everyone who want to have a pleasant, calm stay. It felt like home.

No disturbance at all. location need guidance, care taker is available. Break fast was available, water bottles. 2 BHK accommodation . It was a nice stay. It need maintenance in lawn area. Only accommodation is good, not the surrounding in monsoon season. Overall, I had fun.
Good place to stay. I had fun but difficult to find location as it is little inside. The owner is very helpful and respected. Good place in summer season than monsoon.

The accommodation was very clean. Tea, coffee material along with milk wa aas available for us. The caretaker and owner are very cooperative. We found this place very calm and comfortable. Terrace is also a pleasing place in the villa. Nearby restaurant is available so no need to worry about food. Overall a good time spent

The villa was nice and had all the necessities, but the gyser was not working, and the water was cold at the night after we came from the beach. So, hopefully, get it fixed. Also, the villa is a bit on the inside road opposite the high school. It was about 2-3 km from nagaon beach (i guess that was the name).

The location of the property is nearby to nagaon beach and convenient to reach although for first time you may find slight confusing. But the owners are very cooperative and they will guide you briefly. Also they have a caretaker who will also help you reaching the house.

The property was very neat and clean well maintained. Staff ws cooperative. Breakfast and tea was very good. Location was very easy to identify and close to nagaon beach. Owner of property was cooperative and friendly to help for many things. Good place for family of 5 to 10. Thank you

Well very good property. U can cook your own food or else caretaker will arrange. Spacious & clean. The hospitality we have received during our stay was above expectations. Very good behaviour of the owner and the caretaker.

The homestay is located at a very peaceful place, the property overall is neat & clean, with proper power backup facility. The owner and caretaker are both very welcoming.

I had a fantastic stay with comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to attractions while remaining quiet. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and i highly recommend it!

Properity was superb, in this villa greenary, lawn is well maintained but area located in too inside. Before book this villa ask to owner tv is not working. Baki sab too good.

Sai arcady was a pleasant and comfortable stay at alibaug, caretaker was very nice and helpful and prepared tea and breakfast for us. There was some work going on but it didn't disturb us in any way.

I have gone for visit to alibag and the stay in the sai arcady was amazing. The host was very forthcoming and kept on enquiring about the stay and the direction to the villa. The moussi also cooks good food

Stay was safe and we could get second home feeling.

The ambience was good, clean, the interior was also good
