It was a delightful experience at Silvanus Forest Retreat in Alibaug. The place is easy to find with several direction boards all along the way till one reaches the location. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were quick to attend. The food was good with a lot of variety in the breakfast as well as on the general menu. The common pool water was murky, given that it’s an open pool and it’s been raining. But good enough to play. We enjoyed walking around the resort and stumbled upon little things like a small stream with fish, a tree house, some colourful flowers and butterflies in the surrounding area. Overall we’re very satisfied with the stay and would love going back.

Overall the stay at the resort was good. At the time of checking they have provided the different room from the room I haven't booked. However after some discussion they have given me the room which I have booked online. Great property to stay in Calmness, room are clean and view are amazing. Food quality was also very good. Staff was cooperative.

Overall experience was good, property is well maintained. very close to nature and due to areca plam there is a high level of oxygen around. still the scope to be 5 star ⭐.

The hotel seems to have been built very well and my stay was satisfactory. It needs to work on cleanliness though. The pool seems to have not been cleaned for some days and looked dirty. The rooms are good but not maintained well enough. They do not serve local dishes but the food was good.

Over-hyped and underwhelming! The amenities were not as promised, the shower did not have hot water running, have call every time to get the T.V, A/C fixed. no mini refrigerator in the room. Disappointed with the resort's dining experience. Long wait times for food, For a resort in Maharashtra, Surprised that the Resort didn't have tandoor items and even more shocking they didn't serve traditional rice rotis. Felt like we were missing out on local flavors. They have poor customer service and outdated facilities. the resort is too far from the city center. We had to spend a fortune on taxis to get around. Not worth the price!

The property location is little inside in the forest, The room were neat and clean. The staff was helpful. Taste of the food in the house restaurant was good but over priced, also they charger 5% more to serve in the room. The indoor games like carrom and Table Tennis were not at all maintained the pool was not cleaned so did not prefer to use it.

I don't find value for money..... facilities are limited....fares are very high....food was also not good.... AC was not working along with TV...no refund has been given after paying so much fares. I don't recommend this property...rather find any beach property which are in kashid beach that will add value to your stay

it was a very pleasant and satisfying stay at silvanus. The staff is friendly and food awesome. the room also was very cozy and comfortable. it was close to revdanda beach and very big place. enjoyed our stay very much.

The overall experience was amazing and the staffs have been very helpful and polite. The food was fresh and amazing.

We stayed here with family and kids for a couple of days and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, and the service was prompt and attentive. While the pool and games could use some improvement, the abundance of trees, well-kept lawns, and a dedicated play zone added a great touch to our stay.

I had opted for room with private pool. Had a pleasant stay, food was good. Service was very good. One addon seen was women employment for service. Happy place to visit for 2 nights.

Little far from two good beaches - kashid & alibaug. Last 1 km road very narrow to reach property. Rooms / breakfast is good

Stay overall was good pros- they have a good property calm and peaceful pool is good good spread of breakfast buffet tt and carrom table available cons- rooms are not up to the mark, need to call housekeeping to clean it, walls paint is chipping out washroom flush was not working bathroom light was not working (they fixed that immediately) parking space is very less

the place is awesome. food is excellent and stay is pleasant. Nice staff and worth all your money. stayed for 4 days and 3 nights . the owner Mr. Sandeep Gharat is present himself and taking care of all your needs. must visit.

Our stay at silvanus resort was nice. The rooms are well kept and well maintained. The staff is friendly and the owner is helpful.

1. Overpriced. When you pay 10k per night i expect amenities competitive to regenta or 3/4 star hotels for i have paid 5k to regenta per night. Regenta offers world class facilities with centralised ac and supreme amenities at 5k i could afford 3 star hotel in dubai, 2. Non standard bathroom fittings and bathroom facilities. 3. I could book regenta central 3 star hotel in goa at half the price. 4. No hot water on day one of stay 5. Minimum 2 litres packaged drinking water daily should be provided(brands like bisleri, aquafina and not local brands) 6. No refrigerator no iron. 7. Common swimming pool not maintained 8. Only food was ok, restaurant services were satisfactory as compared to other restaurant options present in the area.
