I was initially disappointed with my stay and would have given a terrible review. The room didn't meet basic standards, especially considering the price. The reception staff wasn't helpful in addressing our concerns. The room's cleanliness was also subpar, which was alarming since I was traveling with my 1-year-old son.
However, after contacting and speaking with the hotel owner, Anvi, our issues were promptly addressed. She offered to move us to a different room, provided a late checkout, and even waived the checkout bill.
I want to thank Anvi for her swift action and friendly demeanor, which saved our trip from being a disaster. While the hotel owner was excellent, I believe the room prices are steep and should be reconsidered.
