Absolutely Unsafe & Horrible Experience – Avoid Villa Elegano & MakeMyTrip! I had one of the worst experiences booking Villa Elegano through MakeMyTrip. The villa was completely unsafe and not at all family-friendly. There were exposed backup electrical wires everywhere—an absolute hazard, especially since we were traveling with a 1.5-year-old and other small children. On top of that, none of the basic amenities worked: • Bathroom latches were broken • Wi-Fi and TV were non-functional • No support or urgency from MakeMyTrip or the property staff despite multiple complaints starting from 7 PM At 9:30 PM, we were 7 adults and 4 children stranded without a safe or livable accommodation. Rather than resolving the issue or offering an alternative villa, we were left helpless. definitely stay away from Villa Elegano—it’s a disaster.

Excellent property near to the beach, clean and tidy bunglow. Caretaker pranit was a gem of person took good care of us. Pricing on a high side but will visit soon. They should have kept indicators to assist in direction at the entrance.

It was really pleasant and wonderful stay at Spicy Mango Villa Elegano. We all loved the place a lot. It was really calm, peaceful and vibrant stay as well. Felt really relaxed as cleanliness was great generally not expected from this kind of venues. But overall experience was Awesome 🙌🏻 . Special thanks to Mr.Pratik who is care taker of this place who is really down to earth, helpful and has very high standards of services. Everyone really liked the Place which gives warm and peaceful feelings. We are planning to visit again!!!

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Good views from each room. All amenities are very nice. Staff is very polite and overall service is excellent. Great location (1 km from raiwadi beach which is adjacent to nagaon beach. Homemade food is delicious and they prepare as per your taste preference. Some toiletries were not provided (dental kit/hair dryer etc. Outdoor sports equipment is not available at the property (bat, ball, football. Badminton rackets were of poor quality. Overall experience was very pleasant. Property and the food was very nice. Location is very beautiful. Caretaker is also very polite and available 24/7. Points to improve - 1) some of the toiletries were missing like dental kit, shampoo. 2) outdoor sports equipment should be provided.

The property was very good, clean and spacious. The ordered food was also very tasty, although the menu given was very limited. With beach only 10 mins walk from the villa, it’s a very ideal place for the stay. Definitely a place to visit another time.
