Not a great expeo

the stay was not that great, it didn't feel like vacation. TV has no sound, entire villa has 1 TV, electricity issues observed for 2 days, geyser doesn't work, breakfast is dull, outside food can't be ordered, etc. Cost vs Experience was not great.

Poor customer care support for solving matter

familySaffron stays kimaya, was looking forward to the stay there but was very disappointed. Firstly the ac's in the rooms barely worked and it was just hot inspite of complaining to the care taker. There seemed to be an issue with all 3 ac's in the rooms and alot of power fluctuations. Secondly we were charged for 8 peoples lunch inspite of being only 5 and the same for hi tea, nor is saffron stays customer support co-operating to sort the issue and nor did the caretaker incharge who raised the bill. I don't expect such response to an issue being faced by your guests, saffron stays isn't worth recommending! very very disappointed!

Best place to stay near alibaug

groupWent for a day trip and choose kimaya as our stay. The property is built different which gives you a better experience than radisson at alibaug or any other 5 star property. Staff, food, hygiene, location and property everything is superb

familySaffronstays are amazing! the vibe was too good, well maintained, excellent service and location is too good. The cleanliness is great, food served there with your preference was delicious. I would definitely recommend saffronstays and also visit again with the family. Loved it. Fabulous experience!
