Hotel is clean. Owner is friendly and caring. Food is good, authentic Konkan taste. Good for friends and family if they prefer isolated spots. 5 KMs from the beach nothing nearby so carry whatever you need. Owner can arrange things if requested well in advance. Very very highly priced.

Clean premises and pool, good food. Standard Rooms are small. For a new property definitely good.

Staff is courteous , property was very pretty, breakfast was good, pool was the best, rooms are newly built and well maintained, worth the price.

Our stay at this cute, little property was fabulous and we loved every part of it. The villa in iteslf is newly constructed but we were made to feel right at home by the wonderful staff. The food was lip-smacking and the setting was top notch. The size of the property was just about perfect (not too large to feel like we dont matter and not too small to accomodate nice features like dinner on the lawn or a large swimming pool) Although the location is a bit far away from the beach (20 minutes away), I would recommend this to people wanting to spend a nice weekend amidst nature.
