Was really disappointed to say the least
We stayed at Beachwood Mansion, Nagaon, and while the rooms were clean, everything else about our experience was extremely disappointing. We were not provided with towels or the extra mattress we had already paid for. The tea served was cold and tasted terrible. The managers and staff were completely unprofessional and seemed clueless about handling guests. Almost everyone staying there had complaints — from uncooked chapatis to tasteless dal. We didn’t even receive the complimentary water bottles that were included in our booking. Because of the poor food and service, we decided not to have dinner there, which was inconvenient since it was raining heavily and we had to walk to a nearby restaurant. Breakfast was delayed until 10 a.m., even though we wanted to leave early. The parking was a total mess — cars were parked haphazardly, and we couldn’t move our vehicle until others were shifted. The staff was slow, unresponsive, and kept saying “yes” without taking any action. Overall, it was a poorly managed stay. Every guest seemed unhappy. For the experience we had, I genuinely feel a 50% refund would be fair.

Amazing stay in Nagao at reasonable rate. Beach is just nearby. Rooms were clean and neat, helpful staff, delicious food.

Terrible Stay
I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this property. The overall condition of the place was poorly maintained – cleanliness was not up to the mark, with dust and dirt visible in several areas. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The service was equally unsatisfactory; staff were unresponsive and did not address issues even after repeated requests. The pictures shown online are very misleading compared to the actual property. Considering the high charges, the experience did not feel worth the money at all. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Terrible Stay
Disappointing Stay – Basic Amenities Missing I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The swimming pool was non-functional, there was no hot water available for bathing, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working throughout the stay. To make matters worse, the property host details provided by MMT were incorrect, making communication difficult. Overall, the stay did not match the description on the booking platform. Not recommended unless these issues are resolved.

The property is not as good as it looks in the pictures. The staff is horrible and highly irresponsible. Inspite of informing our early morning flight, had to leave at 9.00am, yet no one prepared breakfast. Tried calling many times for breakfast but no one responded. Had to leave without breakfast . Very bad experience. Do not book this property .. will repent.

Average food. Complimentary breakfast restricted to Poha, Upma and tea. Geyser not working. Average room. Kettle with small cors length. Overall, below average experience.

The whole property was just unhygienic. There were insects EVERYWHERE. The chairs looked luke yhey hadn't been cleaned in YEARS. Plus there was a rat right beside the kitchen which made us question the hygene of our food. The pictures of the pool are very misleading. It was literally a fountain which looks like a pool in the photos. They charged us for breakfast, which was apparently included, saying that only upma and poha is included. This is not mentioned ANYWHERE. Overall a bad experience.
