The service was pathetic and the staff's behaviour was not friendly at all. The check in time was 1 pm and we finally got the rooms at 2 pm . The reason is previous guests delayed checking out and cleaning is going on. We somehow agreed but the next day when we were delayed for half an hour the staff started misbehaving with us and told whatever time we checked in but we had to check out on time. Food options are limited and quality & taste is ordinary. Reason less manpower in the resort. To cut the story short IILF group should seriously look into the quality of staff and proper services for their guests.

Very bad bathroom no cleanness

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hrishivian villas, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment i arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail left a lasting impression. The villas were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The serene ambiance and lush surroundings added to the charm, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle of daily life. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. The food was delightful, with a range of delectable options that catered to various tastes. What stood out the most was the personalized touch in every aspect of the stay, from the welcome gesture to the seamless service throughout. Hrishivian villas truly offers a home away from home, but with an added layer of indulgence. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable and rejuvenating experience. It’s a destination i would love to return to!

Low voltage problem, no complementary breakfast, behaviour of neighbour room is bar, pool is with insects.

Good service, good location

It was the most unhygienic place I have ever been. Pathetic…. Never ever book it. The pool was bad , rooms were damp, it was bad

The staff was not very active, the room service was the worst as it was taking a lot longer (like 60-90 mins)

Air conditioner was not working . complaints several times , they come to the room and do the same thing on the remote and wait for 10 mins... after 3 hours also the ac was not working.. we asked to change the room.. but room was not available,, however rooms are still vacant they gave this reason ... extremely bad. food was very bad . North Indian people make the food and taste very different than kokani food

Location not good, pool not clean, electricity problem, hot waters geyser only 3ltr capacity, swower not working properly

The rooms were nice but the staff was not co-operative first thing he lied that there is only room left and other rooms are booked didn’t give a option to select the room howerver there were no bookings also the caretaker switch off all the lights overall the area when he went to sleep even if we as a guests were sitting at the lawn area.

Horrible will not recommend as reaching itself is driving through small lanes and road bends needs to be ultimate driving skills, 100% will get scratches to car. Very indifferent attitude of staff, room was with no cupboard to put clothes, no side table and drawer make shift arrangement like bathroom throughout no wi-fi was available every time you have to ask for toiletrie, water etc poor room service no intercom for room service. Very poor not worth of money. Exorbitant priced. Not worth of single *

Property is good. Few improvements are required. 1. Approach road is very narrow 2. Basic facilities like handwash, hand towels etc can be provided 3. Food is not so good, it can be improved

Stay was cool and service was average but over all service was bit slow and during chkout need to rush.

The way to this hotel is extremely narrow and is also difficult to find. The pool at the resort is too small to be of any use. Food they serve is not at all good (food : 1/5. Location is okay in terms of distance from beach. Rooms are fair but don't expect any furniture other than bed. At night, the lights make it beautiful and that's it.

Visited this place with my husband for a one night stay. Had a good experience overall. Staff was quite welcoming & helpful with all requests. Room was spacious & clean but flush was not working properly & tv also had a problem. They served amazing home-cooked style meals which was quite tasty & economical. They arranged a lawn-side table for us for dinner which was a wonderful experience. The place is a bit inside from the main road but close to nagaon beach. Overall great experience & had a very relaxing stay.

Rooms are nice , washroom is clean. Pool is also clean but service is poor. No kitchenette available in room nor single bottle of mineral water. We asked them for water then they provided bottles (20₹each). Dinner not available as they said all the maids are on leave . On next day we asked for tea they said milk is not available and we didn’t get tea. Aside from service ,villa’s vibe is nice. Also road from main road to hotel is nearly 5 minutes but too difficult for car because at a time only 1 car can pass . We enjoyed a lot in swimming pool,there are so many (8-10)dogs in the area of villa and at midnight all gathered in front of our room and barked so loudly and dangerously so please take care of your children from this dogs. Management should look into it.
