Overall good experience and food was also good

The pool did not have enough water, nor was there any motor or circulation to keep the water moving (we were told that it was broken). The caretaker added some chemical which made the water yellow while we were staying there! We couldn’t go in the pool because of it. Otherwise it was fine; cosy, homely - somewhat average villa.

Good ambience and room was neat and clean however with pool we are not satisfied. Other wise its near to beach which is good.

It is a good property and very clean. The caretakers and all the staff are very humble and provide a good service. The food is decent too. But we faced an issue that the ac in the hall wasn't working and it was very hot. The staff didn't help in giving a solution.

Location was good. Food was excellent. Hygiene and safety standards was ok. Only problem was they did not give access to upper level and reason was under construction but we did not hear any single hammer noise. In one pictures you guys showed us full house including upper level but there was no mention that upper level is we cannot use. We asked for reduction in price but they say we told to mention about upper level but they did not.

Ashish and team has been a wonderful hosts. Quality of service has been impressive. It has ample space for a group of 10, lush green location, peaceful stay, food presentation and service has impressed us. Would definitely recommend.
