It was amazing, beautiful garden, clean pool and most important things the staff was very carrying and disciplined. The food was very good in taste

does not quite matches the pictures. it's very shabby, not well kept. the curtains we're stained and torn, the bedsheet was torn form the edges, had holes and was full of stains. even when they changed it on our request, the new bedsheet still was very dirty. mattress was broken from in between spaces. walls has seepage. overall, the room was very unwelcoming. blanket was dirty. everything was just worn off. not in a working condition. plus the amma (lady who works there) had zero hospitality. immideately started bitching about the manager the moment we arrived. said no to every damn service we asked. khana.. abhi nahi milega. nashta, abhi nai milega. sirf roti bana do, aata lagana padega. I mean wtf. kaamchor aunty she saw total. we just barely managed for 2 days somehow. it's just not worth it.

we Booked treehouse but we're allotted a boat house. One of the bad rooms in the hotel. No WiFi connection , unhygienic washroom. Service not well . No TV connection. intercom not working However the food served was fair . The swimming pool was ok. Everything needs to be asked to get in the room. The hotel lacks customer service. I not value for money

The experience was terrible. Quality of room also not good. I want refund. I had to leave in 10 mins. Sheets were smelling.

it's a Dirty Room No fecility is available Room Rent is TOO MUCH HIGH... I occupied of the room can pay 1500/ but I paid 5000/ per day...

I would like to suggest everyone not to choose boathouse because there we faced problem of internet connection, mosquitoes, tv not working properly and most importantly Ac not in proper condition. No money worth place. Charged so much and not given facilities. Pool was not clean. When सोलकडी was served it was looking like it was made 2 or 3 days before. And no taste at all

Rooms was good maintain, pool was not maintained, i can't swim but my doughter swims but she suffering from viral fever. Food was good.

Air conditioning not working properly so they changed the room but all ACs are old, food quality not good at all, location is okay.

Peaceful. Good food. Decent staff. Rooms off-course do need to upgrade. Walls need to be white washed. But clean hygienic.

1) i must highlight a serious safety concern. The door to my room was not closing properly, which made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. This issue is particularly concerning for solo female travelers, as safety should always be a top priority for any hotel. 2)the room was not clean upon arrival, with visible dust on surfaces and a musty smell in the air. Despite notifying housekeeping, the issue was not addressed 3) unfortunately, i cannot recommend this hotel to others based on my experience 4) location is not proper

Basic facilities not much luxury. Difficult to find and bit far from beach. Lacks basic equipment like toothpaste and combs. The staff is very courteous and cooperative and the cook needs a special mention

The hotel is not as it looks in the snaps. There is no ac working, not that clean and poor service. Not value for money. Instead you can get much more better hotels in the same price
