Homely stay. It’s a pet friendly resort. They have pets as well. The food, specially sea foods are awesome. Lawns & outside sitting areas are too good. Rooms could have been better though the bathrooms are upto the mark. Services like food preparation are slow, so make sure you order before 3-4 hours. Overall very comforting stay.

The stay was average at best due to the location of the resort. Its not actually even a resort, just 4 rooms. The owners were courteous enough and had put decent efforts in making the place beautiful. The rooms were a dissapointment and were dull. There were no toiletries, coffee/tea pouch. Bed was small queen size one despite the room being large enough to accommodate a king size. Couldn't use the pool due to winters. But the ambience was nice. Food was overall acceptable considering the price (it was cheaper. There's nothing the place to enjoy. Neither you'll enjoy that much inside the place. Overall the place is not recommended unless they reduce the prices to around 4k per night. Whats the status?

We had a great experience at tamarind retreat. The owners are so sweet & jolly. The place is so quiet and beautiful. Perfect getaway from mumbai's chaotic life. It's very easy to reach their, just take auto from mandwa jetty. Premium looking villa, clean pool, beautiful garden and sitting spaces. You can even play carr or pool etc.
