Rooms are so shabby and not properly maintained, regular guest of this hotel last 8 years but this time I have to leave one day early because of bad quality of room . Phone also was not working. really sorry about this condition of this property paid including taxes for a night not worth

Room unclean, kitchen facilities off, intercom rings but no one there to pick up, after calling to reception, they said they are sending the service staff to kitchen, now you call for kitchen facilities.they told us to take food at room as dining facilities off. Beds are old and toren. Not recommended for saty now.

good hotel. easy to be found as it is on the main road.10 minutes from the main TarapithTemple.AC 3bed room was good.room service and staff behaviour was excellent.food was highly priced.room was a little bit high priced.

Our stay was amazing, food quality was awesome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is also nearby Mandir so you can take one toto which will cost you Rs 10 per head and hardly take 5 to 7 min to reach the temple gate. I will recommend it from my side who is looking for a great stay.

Excellent,polite behaviour and absolutely homely atmosphere.Food is customized, quality and taste is awesome. Swimming Pool is required.

Actually this is not a family suite . There was 2 twin type bed in single room. Room was big but only 1 AC is there . Room was not as mentioned suite and it’s a normal room with two queen bed only

Overall, our experience at the hotel was quite good. The ambience was pleasant, though I expected a bit more in a few areas. We initially faced an issue with the air conditioner, but the staff promptly shifted us to another room, which we appreciated. The first evening’s food wasn’t up to the mark, but lunch and dinner on the following days were definitely better. However, I was disappointed to be charged an extra 500 BDT because the room I booked via MakeMyTrip apparently didn’t include air conditioning — I wasn’t informed of this earlier, and it felt unfair. Special thanks to the staff member who was attending to our room regularly — I don't remember his name, but his service and attitude were truly commendable. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Well maintained property on the road side, food is great here, staffs are also good. Location is also close to maa tara temple.

Staying and room services was normal. Delivery of food was also normal, rooms were cleaned but fitting fixtures of toilet were little bit out of order.

Supportive service and quality of food is better than condition of rooms. Car parking, indoor game (carom) and banquet room available. Rental amount is variable with the occasion of the Tarapith temple 🛕

We had a nice one night peaceful stay with family. Amazed with the services rendered by Mr.Ric, the house staff. The food stuff was good. . A little bit of cleanliness might add to the over all grading of the Hotel. The hotel is not far off from the Tara Pith Temple and it is situated right on the way to Temple. Wish to visit with family and friends again and again.

Good stay. Crowd free area. Very help full staff. Non ac rooms need little more attention. Enough parking makes it more attractive.
