The Hotel is amazing and it's food quality is very good, well maintained. I have a Comfortable stay.

Accommodation is not upto mark. Extra glass has not been provided

Washroom not property clean & food cooking taste very bad and bed cover quality not good.

It's our excellent experience staying at Balaka lodge, in terms of services, room accommodation and the location which is very convenient. Before staying, I saw lots of reviews where the previous tourists were given very negative words against the services and hotel persons. But considering the present, it's really excellent and never thinks twice for staying at Balaka 👍

tell them to improve there's service for everything .not justify the price everything is bad here

it's a under construction property, lift was not working, horrible water quality coz they haven't turned on the water softener. Rooms were unhygienic. And few of the staffs were humble and few were a bit rood in behaviour. Totally bad experience and overpriced property

Terrible services , landline not working , they don’t give any extra towels . After ordered food they give us wrong food .

Excellent place to stay. Location of the hotel was very good at around 400m away from temple. The room is large and spacious having good ambience. The food of this hotel is excellent, delicious and reasonably priced compared to other hotels. The hotel staffs were also very helpful and cordial

Room was though well ventilated with a balcony but it was little bit clumsy. Toilet section was spacious but bathroom fitting are not properly maintained. Hotel staff were good and cooperative. Service boys were very polite and are mostly promp in action. But sometimes it seems they are little bit confused but unintentionally. Food was just average. They don't have a dining room at present, one has to take delivery of food in the room itself. Lifts are good and all the time working. Location is good, very near to the main road and Temple is within walking distance. But the area is little bit congested. It is an affordable stay and value for money.

TV is working after suggestion. Management Facility is too much not active. Room, AC are Ok. Important to check washroom in future

I had booked this property from makemytrip 1 month in advance, but when i reached the property, the property denied checkin saying they never received the booking, makemytrip executive Kumar also didn't provide any help said he couldn't reach the property owner, kept repeating over and over again "do not worry u will get full refund and 25% extra" I had to search another property myself and the refund i got from makemytrip is only 50% of what i had pai

The Hotel was very good. The room was well decorated. The location is also good. The service was excellent. The behaviour of all the service excellent, but the food was not up to the mark, requesting them to make the quality of the food more better.

The hotel was quite good. the rooms were spacious and the washrooms were clean as well. Well behaved and helpful staff. The corridors were a little dusty but I guess its due to the fact that the hotel is still under minor construction or some repairs, so that was understandable. overall, pretty good stay. Recommended if you visiting Tarapith and you want a nice, comfortable stay.

not clean...pillow was torn.....not attendees, always fighting with customer...rude attitude, humiliating....never recommend balaka lodge to anyone
