Very nice stay. Comfortable stay. Staff is well behaved. Swimming pool was fun.

Property, Foods and location is good but Staffs are not Professional

Location is very bad because hotel is far away from tarapith tample . Otherwise all goods ,foods quality and quantity both r good , amenities are also good .

main family ke sath raag ko trai se oahuncha tha lekin hotel ko staff ko koi ja kari nahi thi ki humara booking hai. hum raat ko teen baje pareshan hona pada. bahut der wait kiya. uper se hotel staff ph par ek dusre lad rahe the ki evening shift wale me booking ke bare mein kyu nahin bataya. hitel staff ka behavior bhi sahi nahin tha aur is horrible experience

Family train se raat ko pahunchi lekin hotel ka jo staff tha unhein kuch oat a he nah-in tha. Wo a pas mein oh par lad rah e the auro unke chakkar mein raat ko pa-hunch kaur mujhe auro mero family ko baht oareshani hui. Hootel recetion par jo staff tha wo b hi rude tha. Main 12 ghante b hi nah-in ruka auro lekin service third class auro itna ganda experience

I was very surprise because hotel service was very poor also all staff and manager rude behavior and service was bad also bad quality food. My valuable time waste n also face health issue.

The swimming pool is closed. They do not inform us when we book this hotel. Rooms are smelly. But their food and restaurant is awesome.

Most terrible hotel management and room cleaning. Ac is not cooling the room lock also is betoken of room no 310. Swimming pool is also not clean

Stay is average, location is bad due to outside from market area 2 to 3 km from mandir area. Food is good, amenities is poor due dirty towel pi-lo cover and bed sheet. Service is good.

It was a very comfortable place to stay with family and friends.

The room was smelly due to new paint they gave room freshner, besides the water was smelling like rotten pipeline water could not take a prop-per bath also. The staff did refused to give me stamp sign bill and constantly said it is illegal to give physical physicall bills don’t know why.

Well maintain and staff behavior is so good service is very good.

Everything was better than i expected except for sweeming pool. Alot of large and small, live and dead bugs can be seen in pool. I have never seen such a dirty sweeming pool.

Everything was good but the swimming pool was very dirty,staff behaviour is eco friendly,food is also very good but price too high,overall its good to stay here🙂

Good room decent toilet but food not good. They only serve alu paratha in brk first (worst quality parathas )
