Location of the property is good. Food quality also very good. Behavior of staff nice and polite.

Room no 301 was stinking, condition of room was horrible, there was no geyser, food was also very average. Very bad experience, i will never stay and recommend others to this hotel.

My overall experience was good, staff behaviour was good, food quality and taste also good, in night time view from balcony is so beautiful, hotel is very near to maa tara temple, room size is small washroom was not in good condition

The hotel has a good swimming pool with 6. 6 feet depth. Room is decent but the washroom is not up to the mark. The hotel is approx 1km from the tarapith temple. We have enjoyed my trip with good accommodation and service. Inhouse restaurant and outer sitting area available in the property.

Hotel room are very small and dirty and bathroom is pathetic. Insect are coming from bathroom. Poll is to dirty overall bad experience

Rooms were dirty, bathrooms not cleaned, a single water bottle and glasses not even provided in the room. And best part is we booked the hotel for relaxing with family but swimming pool water was green plastics were there in the pool, after complaining they pump out all the water and left the swimming pool empty so continued 2days there was no water in the pool. So according to them swimming pool is just for showcase. So if you came this hotel for enjoyment so i will highly suggest you not to come.

Very unhygienic room and specially bathroom. Door locks were broken and there are so many holes in the bathroom door. Refrigatator was stinking and the ac was also functioning very poorly. Dirty blankets and bedsheets.

I paid high amount but got a small congested double bedroom. Dirty washroom. No room service. Not even complimentary water bottle was given restaurant was only in name. Very bad experience.

Structure seems old but well maintained, since in area like tarapith my expectations weren't high either might stay here again
