Location is not easy for e-rickshaw, room was big, clean but pillows cover torn. TV wasn't working. No water provided. No food service. In the name of toiletries a tiny poor quality soap provided. Toilet was not Clean enough. Not a pleasant experience @this price.

Room is not clean. In makemytrip address is mentioned it's near tarapith temples but it's too far near about 8. 2 km far from main temples. Service is pathetic. Totally waste my money

Pathetic service. When i checked in that time there was no electricity. I asked to run the genaretor for a while to change my laptop but they replied me only one guest they don't run the genaretor.

The hotel had a bad smell. Also i found the walls of the room were not clean, it was dirty. The pillow covers were dirty. Tea facility was also average.

I stay with my wife but staff behaviour are so poor, like a job interview. And also i submitted my ragestre marriage certificate, still they were doubting me. They told me give anon ac room in 1st floor a but they provided me top floor a room i couldn't sleep at night because it was so hot. Then my check out time passed 15 min they called me to pay extra money for it.

The hotel was ok. Staffs was also ok. Basic amenities like soap and all not provided. Asked for 1 bottle water, they made bill for 2. Toilet was not cleaned. I had to flush before using. As i was alone didn't bother much but did felt the lack of basic things.
