Breakfast quality not good, all plates was dirty, i already told to waiter but he was not responding so thats why i leaved the breakfast

Rooms not worth living and price. Never heard of room with no ac remote being provided, seepages all over in the room, bathroom not clean, no latch/lock on the bathroom door, curtains poorly fitted

I choose to stay in this hotel room as i was helpless, since all other hotels were booked and it was already late night. I also checked few other properties as well but they had no rooms left. When reached this hotel, they offered rooms that were not cleaned. Even bed sheet and pillow were stinking. Whole room has some kind of strange smell. They have big bathrooms but no hot water, very poor pathetic tap. Air-conditioning is another big problem since in some they have split ac but in my room it was a duct that could not even throw air to my bed. I would never wish to stay in such hotels ever again.

Very worst hotel service and staff. No response.

There was no phone in room, they provide the kettle but no supplants was there. Tv with limited channel. Cistern was out of order, breakfast variety was limited.

Ac was troublesome, bathroom not ok, reception didn't answer.

Hotel cancelled my room and I was roaming at 1 am on isolated roads and looking for hotels. They cancelled it and didn't update me. I didn't got refund also.

They should post real pictures of room per category. People were good but room was not same what was shown on site

Location is good, budget Hotel

The desk staff was very good And courteous. Food was also good. Food prices were little high. House keeping staff little rude. Bathroom was totally below average And neglected. Overall average experience.

Everything is very poor in this hotel so I am not staying again. And MMT kindly before ranking check hotel service. Than after do rank.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains the same. The staff is amazing, the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. The food quality has been amazing on every visit of mine.

The hotel is situated on the highway which is very visible while traveling. The hotel has a very splendid view and their lobby is very nicely laid out. I was welcomed by cheerful faces on the reception and they very patiently heard my requirement and provided me the room on the ground floor. They took proper followups and kept the room ready, it was clean and very comfortable. One thing I liked the most was their food quality. The food was served hot and fresh. Overall the stay was very comfortable and I was impressed by their personalized attention towards their guests.

Very low And poor service And room is not clean.

The property is depreciating every hour. The bathroom door won't shut, brown color water, clogged toilets. Dinner and breakfast quality was comparable to a cheap roadside Dhaba, we were told it's limited and there the policy! It was not mentioned while booking. Avoid. Rude managers. Good ground staff.
