my experience of stay in Hotel Grand Sai, Budh bazar, Moradabad city was average. Food was oily , pillow, bedsheet and quilt were of poor quality and worn out.

Shadiest hotel ever
Trash service, shady people, trash room without working taps or bidet in washroom. The room was infected with termites. The hotel staff was damned awful.

stayed for 2 days
Staying and food was good. I would love to stay again if I come to moradabad. Checkin was easy, took only 5 mins.

Poor Stay
As per the hotel staff, only 1 liter of water is provided per day. Any additional water is chargeable. This clearly means there are no basic amenities offered at this hotel.

Excellent Stay
The hotel staff were very co-operative and tge service was very fast. We reached at late night but not faced any issue. Very close to moradabad railway station. Tge property was clean and hygienic. The food was also very tasty.

Satisfactory
Its a good stay but not the best. Room service response is bit late. Hot water supply is not up to the mark. Rest its a good place to stay.

Service is not good and food quality is not good
Food quality is not good and room service is poor and order timings issue. It is saying as 3 star hotel.

The hygiene factor of the room was very poor. Bathroom was very dirty and had terrible smell. Staff was polite and cooperative.

businessThe manager gave me the worst room of hotel & asked to not to shift Didn’t gave me options to see what I hv booked. I must say the manager should be changed as he was the old mind person who can never be changed & never called as manager as his crews were also depressed from him. The worst service ever provided…

All sataff is good in hotel and staff behavior is also good and room is ok but bath room condition is not good.

The rooms were too small and the wash room was also very small and not maintained proper hygiene. As per the cost of the room it is not worth at all.

soloI found the property through mmtp. Location is on road. Staff behaviour is good. Perfect for family. Good hotel for stay.

Actually i stay but facility like cleaning, facility not available issue problem not solved like tv not working no one solved after to time call, and hotel booking confirmation after hotel reception say your room not booked bec all rooms already booked, after log waiting he provide room, room having not cleaned properly

Room is not properly clean. Washroom floor tilse were dusty. Even bed blanket cover is also not washed properly.
