Sir you have booked non AC standard small single bed which is our basic starting category room. So you may face there Short of amenities for fully equipped amenities room you may have to go for higher category . Sir may be you feels costly room because the platform you use to book the room of goibibo and make my trip charged their large share out of your booking amount so we give room considering the net amount we received. But you are our regular customer we will not give you any chance of complaint next time. We will consider all your concerns and try to resolve completely on your next visit. Sir try to book the room after viewing the room which you feels comfortable or only once you go through our all of the rooms which one you feels good we tell you to category of which you are required to book to get that room always in future. Keep giving us chance to serve the hospitality.

Sir sorry for inconvenience. But i am not aware about the problem faced by you neither our manager was known about the facts. Sir you have to made complaint regarding problem during your stay, then i assure you that you don't have post such negative review.

Sir I made a detailed enquiry after posting your comment from my staff and managers about what type of inconvenience you faced while stay, you said in the comment that room is not cleaned sir kindly attach the photos because it is not possible because we are giving rooms only to corporates, business man and family (if cross I'd is available only) also sir you said ac is not working, how it can be works until you switch on their main switch which Is outside the room and if you are facing that ac is not working you didn't asked for that to manager to open the ac, you also said service was pathetic what was made wrong by my staff kindly explain , sir also what basic amenities we are not providing kindly mention,so i am totally disagreeing with your all such type of negative comment and we are not wrong in any situation because you have not made any single complaints to my staff or my hotel manager and even i was there also most of the time so i am also not heard about your any complaint while you are staying so how can I believe. our hotel comes in first class category which is not only said by me kindly check the comments made by other satisfied customers and many of the people made booking and comes to stay and check out but didn't post their review so you are not aware about such satisfied customers.

So i am totally disagree with your such type of negative comment which also hampers my prospective customer. Sir I have one suggestion for you please inform the person about their mistake before making this type of comment at social media platform which is use by large number of customer, because the company MMT also totally rely on your comment they have not cross verify your comment with hotels or does not want to know about the reality of the day when customer is stayed at hotel, whether the comment you post is of how much truth due to which the person only suffers from your comment is hotel because MMT reduce the rating of hotel without giving any reason to hotel on the basis of your comment or rating only which dis-reputes the hotel. And our hotel comes in first class category which is not only said by me kindly check the comments made by other satisfied customers and many of the people made booking and comes to stay and check out but didn't post their review because they are satisfied with the service even i forced to them to post their review whether you are happy or not because it helps to other new prospective customers. Our hotel priority is customer satisfaction and customer hapiness and we focusing on giving more to customer in against of what he pays for that.

Thank you so much sir for your feedback we are feel sorry for that but we are not aware about the fact this was not in anyone knowledge firstly it can not possible that bed sheet was dirty because we are placed always cleaned washed bed sheets then also it was dirty so you have to tell to anyone once then surely we made the solution. Keep giving another chance to us to satisfy you.
