    The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived. Kitchen is not clean, found rats running and also had a bad smell. Fridge is also not clean. Tv is available but no remote. No wifi even if there was wifi connectivity mentioned. Had to face power cuts 2 times.

    Broken bed, tv is not available, lift is not operating in between 10 pm to 06am, stair doors are locked and if any emergency you can't go anywhere no geiser in bathroom no parking spaces not any rest room for driver or any attendent veri bad experience
