Review Of Doon Vista

I chose that place because of the reviews but it wasn't a pleasant stay. They were doing maintenance work all over night. Always somebody walks over your gate. The cleaning rating will be 1 out of 5. Property people are good but service is not good enough.

Stay was good, property is new, good response by staff, peaceful stay and nice view from balcony, drawback: staff is less, so sometimes mismanagement occured, need to work more on housekeeping services,

it's pathetic experience we had in Doon Vista. Rooms are terribly smelly, untidy, unhygienic. Staff, specially the lady at the reception is totally unprofessional and ill mannered, she doesn't know hiw to talk to the customer, when I entered in the room it was in very bad condition, mirrors were dusty, washroom was smelly, blanket was smelly and dirty, we were supposed to check in at 12 but we got late and reached hotel at 5pm, when we asked about untidyness the lady at reception replied that before 15 minutes guests have checked out from the same room, so the room was not ready and she moved us in that untidy room and she even couldn't explain that when we were supposed to check in at 12 then why the room was still not ready for us when it's already 5pm, don't ever stay here, it's really waste of money and also mood spoiler for Mussoorie trip

My stay was amazing, hote is just few minutes walk from mall road, view from my room is mesmerising, food and staff is also very good... i will visit again soon

I love the property. Very spacious rooms and view from balcony is amazing. Just 5 minutes walk from mall road. Very good staff behaviour.

it was great, allowed us for early check in and kept our luggages considering late check in. the response from home stay team is remarkable and on time. Highly recommended
