Review Of Devashish Hotel

Hotel room were so bad AC was not working for two hours and despite off Hotel was empty. We were not offered another room. paint was coming off from the wall in the room and there was a weird smell all over not only this the hotel staff was not at all cooperative. The guy on the reception was extremely rude and his behave and was fighting with us during the checkout, he must have taken some drug because of which his eyes were red, and he was not able to comprehend or understand our request I have requested for a GST invoice which can be submitted to my office as this was a business travel however the guy took 1.5 hours and was not able to generate the GST bill. Some other guy from Accounts came after one and a half hours later. I promised us that he will WhatsApp us the bill in 48 hours because of shortage in the staff. He also acknowledged that the guy at the reception was wrong and not able to understand what to do I am shocked to see such behave and such quality of people at the front desk very disappointed from the Hotel as well as make my trip to include such hotels under their umbrella.

Kitchen Manager was really unprofessional and uneducated person...That the reason I ordered the food from Zomato....I have been staying in Devashish from past 10 years but for the first time The kitchen manager was really unprofessional and his dress and shoes were really dirty and doesn’t know how to talk with the guests...I will not stay at this hotel from now onwards 😡😡😡😡😡

We had a great time. The staff was very supportive and respective. They did everything we wanted and in a clean hygienic way.

The hotel is good but the food quality is average, the food quality needs a lot of improvement and the options in the buffet are very limited, I did not like any of the food items in the hotel but the tea there is good.

Meal was not served in room. After requesting a lot it was served. In break fast service was very poor.

My car was not allowed to enter inside hotel gate when we reached to check in on late night of 9th June. Ultimately me n my family had to get down on highway road with luggage and walk into the hotel from road late night. The guard didn’t allow. 2. Kitchen was closed, so tea etc couldn’t be ordered

Staffs are very friendly and flexible. Best value for money at Haldwani. Very good food. Main location.

Poor breakfast, No Shaving kit availability. unnecessary Charges like Ice bucket etc. Staff Communication not as per Hotel Charged amount.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a good hotel in Haldwani its location is great the hotel rooms are spacious and well maintained. The food will match any five star hotels in India. Though a bit expensive but the quality is excellent. Very good service and Wonderful.. in all a five star experience. Will stay here when ever I come to Haldwani.

Stay was comfortable, the location of a hotel is so convenient. The food is delicious and the staff behaviour is excellent. Overall excellent experience. Would love to stay again if next time I plan to visit Haldwani

Excellent services

Room was not that much clean( Dirty curtains and Chairs) , Hospitality can be improved, especially food service. Location is good.

The hotel’s quality has deteriorated over time. The rooms have been patched up at places. The interiors are old and the staff is unwilling to cooperate. The facilities are not beyond two stars. The cupboards, furniture and upholstery look ancient and unmanaged.

Excellent stay in the hotel. Food is the usp of the hotel. It is located on the main highway to nainital.

I stayed here for two days and it was an excellent experience right from check-in to check out and food was icing on the cake.

Location is excellent, rooms are spacious, amenities are good, only thing is that they need more attention on cleaning and linen.

Loved our stay at the Hotel everything was superb. We just loved the hotel and the staff was so humble
