Review Of Dev Shelter 5

There is no proper way to reach in apartment. Dev shelter 5 is an old apartment which doesn’t have own way to reach in side. No parking, even scooter. Not able to find location in google or map. Room is clean and neat.

The worst alu paratha ever had in life in complementary break fast. There was no mineral water. Asked to get from outside, but staff refused saying we serve only ro water.

I really enjoyed the service of hotel and mmt. There is sense of security here. Hotel is too good to stay at. It's situated in very good locality where there are shops of different things at affordable prices. It's in a calm environment. Service is too good.

Bathroom outer the room, all thing are good

Very good stay. Location was very convenient. Food was a home food prepared by caretaker. Hygine maintained at the property. Just parking issue as property doesn't have own parking so need to park vehicles on roadside.

Pros: 1. prime location 2. Inside gated security 3. Caretaker is polite and helpful and available whenever needed 4. There is ample space to hang and dry clothes, useful for long stays. 5. There's a refrigerator which you can use as per convenience. Cons: 1. There's a very small-sized table inside the room that cannot even accommodate their own breakfast serving tray. Keeping food is a challenge. They do not have extra table. Hence for long stays or if more than one person is staying in the room, it is highly inconvenient as you would not be able to have food comfortably. 2. There was an electricity issue during our stay. There was no power throughout the night and it was a known issue to the owner that theres some fixing needed but it was not taken care of on time resulting in an extremely uncomfortable stay for that night during the summer. Caretakers simply said that the electrician didnt arrive or didnt receive call, no prior responsibility was taken to prevent this issue. Next day they got it repaired during which time they had to turn power off for 3 to 4 hours. Again after repairing, there was load shedding the next day. 3. The flush system of the washroom was not working which caused a lot of problems for us. After repeated reminders, the caretaker said that the plumber has gone to his village and would return later so no action was taken for 5 days. On the 6th day a plumber came and repaired it. 4. The breakfast was not up to the mark. They had 3 options bread omelet, poha and upma, any one as per their choice daily. If we would ask for bread omlette they would simply say a 'No' most of the times and would serve either poha or upma whose taste was below average. Having it daily was a pain. 5. The bedsheets and pillow covers had stain marks. 6. We as a customer cannot use their washing machine as the care takers would say that they are using the machine for washing bedsheets n all and they wont let the machine run more than once a day hence we cant use it whereas it was mentioned prior to booking that we can use it as per our convenience. We had to ask them to wash our clothes (paid which is okay)and they would do it when feasible for them. 7. The semi deluxe room does not have an attached washroom. 8. The common area is good looking, has a sofa and all but theres no fan or ac. One cannot sit there just to relax as it gets unbearably hot. So the common area is just for the namesake. Hoping as a customer, that there would be improvements made.

I had booked and paid for a deluxe room but was allotted semi-deluxe, with no complimentary welcome drink or news paper, as was mentioned while booking. Also, curtains in the room are not covering the full windows. Check out time mentioned was 11. 00, whereas it was mentioned as 24 hours on the catalogue. Location is good, food quality and staff is also good.

It was good. Caretaker Ashish was also very cooperative. Price wise I feel it's slightly on higher side. As it's a service apartment kind setup. Then food was expected to be limited from option front though it was good.

Very pleasant and the host very helpful.
