I recently stayed at Desire Courtyard, Janakpuri (C1, Delhi), and overall, my experience was positive. The property is easy to locate as it is situated right on the main road. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.
The staff, especially Rahul and the manager, were extremely polite and cooperative. They went out of their way to assist us with small requirements and even recommended nearby cafés and restaurants. Their professional behavior added great value to the stay.
The washroom was spacious and clean, though the shower tap needs repair. While the property is maintained fairly well, cleanliness of the blankets and bedsheets can be improved. The TV was not functional during our visit, but the team promptly arranged a music speaker as an alternative, which was thoughtful.
The property is conveniently located near Dabri Metro Station (800 m) and Uttam Nagar East Metro Station (1 km). Several cafés, restaurants, and parks are within a 3 km radius, with Lal Sai Mrag being highly recommended.
Overall, it is a decent option for short stays or group trips. With a little more focus on cleanliness and maintenance, Desire Courtyard can provide an even better experience.I suggest to everyone my experience as a group was good so if you are trave and looking property in janakpuri the visit this property.
As per my observation, the pricing of the property feels slightly on the higher side compared to the facilities offered. With a little adjustment in rates or added amenities, the overall value for money could be much better.
