They charge more and don't even provide proper minimal amenities like a water bottle, safety, there is no signal and they don't have internet as well, you'll not even know what's happening in the outside world. I felt scared the whole time i was there in the middle of the forest, no one was present in the reception and there were power cuts the whole time. With the price you pay here, you can stay in novotel or marriott.

thank you for staying with us and thank you for taking time out to write a review. You have highlighted quite a few points so i would like to take this opportunity to address them. Regarding water bottles, of course we do provide water bottles in the room, which are sealed and completely complimentary. If at all what you are saying is true, then i apologise for that. But i would like to tell you that maybe its an oversight of the reception staff and if you would have just asked them they would provide. " there is no signal and they don't have internet as well, you'll not even know what's happening in the outside world " - sir hoff grid and off network travel is one of the most in demand travel and a lot of people actually strive to not be in touch with the world all the time. If you don't appreciate it, it is totally fine, to each his own but this particular aspect is clear on our google page, quite a lot of information regarding our hotel is available online, as to what kind of resort it is, what experience we are providing etc. I am sorry if you dont appreciate the nature and fresh air and the sound of birds and river flowing beside you, apologies once again. Power cuts - every room has a power back up, as well as a common dg set. So we have more than sufficient power back up. The photo of the food you've shared, is the staple food of most people in this area i must say the pooris look extremely fresh and plump. Kudos to my staff there!
honestly sir, as you have been to our resort and you have yourself said we are in the middle of the jungle, you can imagine how difficult it must be for us to provide all those facilities in the middle of nowhere, where there is no network from the government, no power from the government. I hope you understand that all these are government and administration problems and not mine. We have no right to cut the trees and dig up the road for a power or broadband line. I hope you can understand that. We also have an infinity pool, one of the best in the area, overlooking a waterfall and the union of two rivers. I wish you would have mentioned things you liked about the property as well. We are putting up the best we can despite our geographical difficulties and lack of facilities from the administration. We wish customers can appreciate that. Comparing us to big brands in the heart of the city doesn't hold any ground sir, because we are not on the same playing field. If you do wish to experience the jungle again, we wish we can serve you better and you can come to us . Thanks
