Review Of Deira City Residency

There are cockroaches roaking around on the bed. And there's no food facility in the hotel. Even the restaurant beside the hotel do not give us food bills.

Location was convenient.Pillow covers were not clean.They provided only one towel and soap for two people.

Good stay. Very co-operate staff. we reached at 9am but the hitecheckin hours start from 2pm. That was unusual. However the staff readily allowed us the room. We were had to visit the AnnathaSwamy Lake Temple which closes at 12pm and h nce could not wait. It was a pleasant stay. location is very favourable..20 minutes from the Kasaragod Railway Station, walking distance from the market. Overall good stay. Will book this only if I visit Kasaragod again.

The bathroom was in horrible condition, which clearly reflects the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Despite charging a high amount, the experience was very poor. The photos on the website made the rooms look classy, but in reality, they were not worth the price. Definitely not recommended.

The room is not worth for 2000 rupees. Only benefit is that it is inside the city. Close to all the amenities. Rooms smells bad

We, as a couple stayed for 4 days in a Delux AC double Room. The charge was Rs.8300. I feel the room rent is quite reasonable. The employees at the reception was kind and helpful. No hassles. The room was quite big with a king size double bed. The AC was working very smoothly. There was TV with lots of channels as per your taste. There was Entertainment Channels, Sports Channels, Movies Channels etc... The Hitel is situated near the old bus stand. The New Bus Stand is also near. If you decide to by auto rickshaw, then the fate will be Rs.30 to Rs.40. That's all. Cheap. The people of Kasargod are kind and helpful. I don't know the hotel is supplying food or not. We are Vegans, hence we had our food outside. Updupi and Vasant Vihar hotels which are pure vegetarian, are there within a short distance. Overall our experience with our stay in Deira City Residence(our maiden visit to Kasargod) was quite nice. I strongly recommend all to use this hotel for your stay at Kasargod.

Rooms In a shopping area, unprofessional staffs dirty toilets and unpleasant rooms. overall I has very bad experience.

The rooms were very good. Parking is a slight issue. They don't have dedicated parking for the hotel.

The stay was good. Had hot water facilities and air conditioner. Located in the town itself. Easy to access from railway station and bus stand

The stay at deira was really refreshing. The customer service is exceptional. They are very responsive to our problems. Really a good place to stay if you are visiting kasargod.

Access to the hotel is quite confusing. But once in, the service is super good, helpful folks at the reception, clean and hygienic setups. Super large room with woodworks at a super value pricing. ! the only let down is no breakfast included in the package, and could not include it as an option as well.

Overall good stay. But there is scope of improvement. Location is good, in centre of city, hotel ambience is good. Good spacious room and bathroom with all modern amenities. No 24 hours room service, no intercom to connect. Need to have pest control on regular basis as there were lot of small cockroaches due to wooden interiors.

Its not a hotel it's a lodge just a lodge

Wifi was not working for my entire stay, rest all were okay.

I stayed two days. Neat and spacious room in very convenient location. Walkable distance to ksrtc stand.
