Deira City Residency

We, as a couple stayed for 4 days in a Delux AC double Room. The charge was Rs.8300. I feel the room rent is quite reasonable. The employees at the reception was kind and helpful. No hassles. The room was quite big with a king size double bed. The AC was working very smoothly. There was TV with lots of channels as per your taste. There was Entertainment Channels, Sports Channels, Movies Channels etc... The Hitel is situated near the old bus stand. The New Bus Stand is also near. If you decide to by auto rickshaw, then the fate will be Rs.30 to Rs.40. That's all. Cheap. The people of Kasargod are kind and helpful. I don't know the Deira City Residency is supplying food or not. We are Vegans, hence we had our food outside. Updupi and Vasant Vihar Deira City Residencys which are pure vegetarian, are there within a short distance. Overall our experience with our stay in Deira City Residence(our maiden visit to Kasargod) was quite nice. I strongly recommend all to use this Deira City Residency for your stay at Kasargod.

Overall good stay. But there is scope of improvement. Location is good, in centre of city, Deira City Residency ambience is good. Good spacious room and bathroom with all modern amenities. No 24 hours room service, no intercom to connect. Need to have pest control on regular basis as there were lot of small cockroaches due to wooden interiors.

Access to the Deira City Residency is quite confusing. But once in, the service is super good, helpful folks at the reception, clean and hygienic setups. Super large room with woodworks at a super value pricing. ! the only let down is no breakfast included in the package, and could not include it as an option as well.

The stay at deira was really refreshing. The customer service is exceptional. They are very responsive to our problems. Really a good place to stay if you are visiting kasargod.

Hotel located in heart of kasaragod town. Access to nearby places. Good hospitality from staff very convenient rooms. Overall very good stay in this Deira City Residency.

Rooms are very clean and neat. Situated in centre of city and area is rush. Limited parking. Overall experience is good than other Deira City Residencys in kasaragod.

I stayed two days. Neat and spacious room in very convenient location. Walkable distance to ksrtc stand.

The stay was good. Had hot water facilities and air conditioner. Located in the town itself. Easy to access from railway station and bus stand

Nice experience, services, cleaness approciated,value for money, recommended property.

The rooms were very good. Parking is a slight issue. They don't have dedicated parking for the Deira City Residency.
