The location of the property is good.Staff and housekeeping should be more cooperative.

It was a good stay. There is access for everything, the bus stand is very much near, lots of restaurants nearby. Room wise quality is not up to the level, the bed is normal type only, the cleanliness and infrastructure of the toilet is not the best.

Property is located on center of Kasaragod ,and near to private bus stand, cam and quiet rooms on there ,behavior of the staff appreciated ,they would have to develop little better in future.

Great experience ambience and friendly staff and we was requested to extend check out time they agreed and 24 hours service with good i would like to give 5 start for cleaning of they offer meals in rooms service it will be great

Not worth the money. Accessibility to hotel is a big concern. The small road to hotel entrance is under construction. Also the express highway under construction right in front of the property and reaching the hotel is very tough. Room and bathroom are neat and comfortable, but not great amenities, chairs are basic plastic chairs. Tea and coffee was available from vending machine at reception, but that was also charged extra. High cost when compared to better amenities we had in Kannur and Coorg as part of same trip. At least breakfast should be included for this price.

Stay at this hotel gives us a very good experiance. especially neatness of toilet is remarkable. staffs are very pleasing and co operative.

The location of the property was very hard to find because there is a construction of fly over is going on . But it is very near to the high way . The rooms are good, comfortable and affordable. The staffs were responsive . but there response didn't reach my expectations. I don't remember even one of them smiling .

I was located at the city centre. Due to highway extension work, lot of dust around. Service was good.

Hotel located in the city centre. New bust stand is just oposit to the hotel complex. Rooms are nee t and clean. Toilets are ok. I had a complaints of ac coolong and hotel person shifted to new room which is very good. Room size is very big.

Too much of mosquitos and no hot water, need to ask reception to get a bucket of hot water. For early check in and late check out they charge extra. Room is clean but they can do better with good quality bed sheets, and pillows

The hotel is located in the heart of the town, but multiple constructions going in the front, which makes it hard to spot. There had been trouble ckecking in, apparently they are not checking with the online bookings. But the room was pretty good, well kept and all amenities were fine. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable budget stay in kasargod

There was no food service in hotel. The only option was restaurant who has tie up with nearby restaurant. The way food supplied was leaking and cold. There was no complementary breakfast.

Room look exactly same as photos shown. Good service, parking, cleanliness, wifi, neat rooms, nice bathrooms
