The hotel was good. At a very good location. It is actually a bunglow that has been converted to a hotel. The rooms are all large size. But the property is run down, you can see the ageing on the stained walls. Bed linen was stained as well and the washroom was not super cleaned. It was just okay. The property owner makes a wholehearted effort to make your stay comfortable. But not everyone will like the property when they check in. I had chosen a breakfast package. But the hotel kitchen does not open before 8. 30 am. Since i wanted to leave early, there was no breakfast. The owner did offer to get bread ****er and tea for us but we were getting late and declined. This was just a night stay during transit so i did not mind a lot of things that otherwise i would not have accepted. This was a budget stay and i don't think i would be going back to stay at this hotel again.

familyI loved the stay, it was an amazing experience staying here in de roy inn. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Rooms are also very clean.

Terrible Stay
familyLocation is fantastic. The rooms are pathetic. For a city known for its cleanliness this hotel is a real upset.

telephone is out of order. Full of mosquito in the room. No basis requirement like toothbrush 🪥 pest and soap in the room

Hello Sir, we apologize for any inconvenience during your stay at our property. The telephone issue that day was due to an electrical problem, promptly addressed when you informed us. We provided a staff member's personal number for your convenience , a gesture that seems to have been overlooked. While toothbrushes and toothpaste are not standard in rooms, we accommodated your request. Liquid soap dispensers are available in washrooms instead of soap bars. To address mosquitoes, we have allouts in rooms; informing us would have prompted action. Despite these efforts, we note your 1-star rating, we must have done some thing terrible, we really your guidance on areas of improvement for better ratings.

Hotel not good bed r dirty, water leakage in room in hotel apalace and no tv connection, my 2nd booking in hotel de roy inn the hotel room is avrege but toilet seat was broken, price so high

de roy inn is very poor hotel poor quality poor service. intercom not working no timely dinner on breakfast. on few items they are surviving no one can listen. very bad experience. never say again 😤

Terrible Stay
soloThe rooms look nice, clean and livable on the images they shared. But they are dirty, smelly and horrible. And the worst part is the bed linens are used but look clean, no matter how much you ask them to change they will trick you with another same used but clean set. And the argument continues as if they are the only smart people alive.
