The staff is very rude and having no sense of hospitality. They are busy in looting the customers by misbehaving. I never recommend this property to anyone.

Dear Sir , sorry for the inconvinience faced , But you wanted breakfast of your drivers without any charge , which was not in our package , breakfast of room Guest having six members was complimentary which was already taken by you , plus you wanted check out beyond your time still we allowed you for grace period of one hour that too without any charge , so sir i dont think anyways we are at fault........................Thanking you for your feedback!

Not so good experience

We didn't get services properly, we booked 2 rooms and both rooms geyser (hot water) was not working and we spend almost 2 hrs just for getting hot water bucket by bucket from the staff and we reached late to the wedding ceremony just because of this issue. Overall staff is good and co operative. But the staff name Amit showed us some attitude when we raised the issues we faced. Please kindly note every extra person they charged 1000 extra but they will not tell you this upfront. Plan accordingly.

hello sir bkng was fr only 4 pax and no of guest were 5 so 5th prsn will be chrged acrdngly 2ndly checkout timings were 10 am and actually checkout done @ 16.28,we didnt charged for late checkot thnku

Ok for emergency stay

coupleIt's a sports center with stay arrangement. This is not for family and stay is only for bachelors. Hot water not available. Open car parking area. Morning breakfast is free with limited menu.

The place is under construction. The rooms are ready and very spacious. The staff is helpful and courteous. Food is good. Location is on the highway and a few kilometres away from the city. The property is spread over many acres and in the serenity of nature.

Worst hotel in world

Location was good. Not Worth according to money. Service and staff were just okay. Hotel was not neat and clean. Geyser was not working. There was no covered car parking.

Its away from City. In outskirts of City near Airport. Property is big. Walls were not painted well. Food is good. Staff is cooperative. Have swimming pool. Gym was closed. Cost is too high for business traveller as its of City. Pick. Up and drop should be provided.

Cool comfortable stay

Rooms needs a revamp as paints along with plaster is coming out. Too far from the city centre but ambiance of the hotel is good and food quality also good.
