Property campus has beautiful nature. Property cleaning is very good. Good parking space.

Property is nice but washrooms are not clean and that much maintained. All old sanitary equipment's doesn't add comfort to the rooms. Washrooms are not properly clean.

Furniture in the room was not in good condition. Hygiene was poor., Hence having food was avoided. Hospitality was very good. Location is very good but not well maintained.

The rooms were very bad constructed , not to be called villa , should give an award to the room designer .

The resort is poorly maintained, unhygienic, no cleaning at all in the premises. The staff is not trained as far as hospitality is concerned. Very poor food quality. The liquor was sold at very high prices (double the MRP cost). The design of the room not at all user friendly. Bathroom was also not good viz. placement of toilet and its seat. We were so disappointed that We will never ever recommend this resort to anyone

Location is very good but rooms quality and service is below average. Basic amenities not available as desired from a resort charging at par with other options.

VRK retreat is a old MTDC property now managed by private operators. Property is good, rooms are specious, location is the best. Service wise it is OK. You get good food on putting your order. So recommended for a family stay, who don't expect too much except safe and comfortable stay.

The location of property is good . But the rooms and not maintained properly. The WC covers are broken . No electric kittle in so called Deluxe rooms . The room was more like a jail. It is charged at a hefty price compared to what they are providing. It had broken glass, worst interior and very old construction

It is an amazing property. Rooms are spacious. The ambience is nice. Very near to the Mozri point. Staff is very co-operative. Food is good but has scope of improvement. Cleanliness can also be improved upon. Very comfortable and memorable stay.
