The Hotel location is good with Ambience but the Rooms doors were not proper. I have seen for the first time that any hotel or resort light goes off 😞 this was very disappointing when we reach there were no bathroom accessories in my room. Wifi was not working it is considerable in hilly regions but the electricity problem needs to solve even i have complain this to @MMT and MMT took almost 30+ min to connect with senior manager and call got disconnected. swimming pool was not functional. The rooms blanket on bed was cut from 2-3 sides. As of price they were charging this basics things must be given by the resort.
