Everything is good from location to check-in process to getting room and they have impressive cleanliness and very prompt staff. Location and view of rooms are great. Being a new resort, it is very well maintained as well. Access route is a bit jumpy due to bad road. Food quality is good but they have specific blackout time wherein the in-room dining requests are not entertained. Either you need to push a lot or wait till they are free to take in your in-room dining order. Apart from this, we have had a very comfortable stay.

We had an amazing experience at this resort in Chikhaldara! The natural surroundings were stunning and refreshing. The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was a treat. The rooms were lavish, clean, and offered breathtaking views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to all our friends. Truly the best resort in Chikhaldara!

everything was perfect there. I want to suggest you that you need to maintain this property otherwise people would ruin it's aesthetics. you should check rooms before confirming the chekouts of guests if anything is broken or what so that you could charge for the damage from guests, this way you can maintain the property
