I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at RS Exclusive, Akola. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, making it ideal for travelers. The rooms were spacious but not well maintained. Room service was pathetic. Our food orders were messed-up. The hotel restaurant closes at 11PM which should have been communicated during checkin; we ordered food from delivery app and the hotel denied to deliver it in the room, rather asked us to come down to reception to pick the order.

familyWe booked family club rooms that it’s interconnecting. But the same was not given to us even after request. The-front desk staff was very unfriendly. The interior work was going on the 3rd floor and it was very noisy. Room had smoke smell and walls were black. Hotel staff was very noisy through the service lift and duct. However one bengali waitress was very sweet in the restaurant and paid special attention to our request for non spicy food. The only positive experience in the entire stay!

familyPaid for this very ordinary place in Akola. They say it's a family room. It's smaller than regular family room. Parking is also ordinary. No hot water. Bathroom is so cramped, you will spend 5 minutes thinking how to take bath... Found one cockroach in room. Wall paper came out at multiple places

familyThey charged us for the family room. The room was extremely compact. Bathroom was super compact too. It was difficult to stand for bath. No hot water. The wallpaper came out at several places in the room. Overall not a great experience.
