Hotel Venus International

The room was extremely dusty, the bedsheets were dirty, and the washroom was in terrible condition. The staff and reception were completely unwelcoming, and there was no response from anyone despite repeated requests. If someone has a weak immune system, they could easily fall sick using the washroom in this room. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience and a big negative from my side.

in room cleaning issue, toilet seat not clean. hotel not provide basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit. mentioned in amenities mineral water bottle and newspaper but not provided. I shared photos with the hotel owner.

hotel not cleaned. No hot water supply available in room and staff know about this, still not communicated. phone not working in room. rates are very high to compare to facilities. Name venue international does not fit for poor service it provides . MMT should review it's recomendation

Food is avarge. Service is bad, room is average not good quality experience bathroom is not clean

worst ...we pay hence facility was accordingly...no focet gor commod , no hot water , shabby toilets, dirty linen ...everything was dirty ...make my trip is cheap choice ..i feel now sorry 🙏🏻🙏🏻

No room water problem and staff not cooperating

Room was not clean, there was no water bottle or dental kit in the room. Washroom was not clean, food was not good. Amenities have put paper but did not give anything. After talking to the hotel and sending the photos of the room, they gave me a dental kit.

The room was not clean. The washroom was dirty. Breakfast was included in bill. I have paid the full amount but they have not provided breakfast.

The package i booked had lunch or dinner included however the hotel charged me for having lunch & said only dinner was included. The front desk person was very rude & arrogant! absolutely poor service & loot!

Property is good but is not maintained well. Cleanliness is big issue i found here. Toilets were very dirty, bed linen was not washed. People in restaurant were too good & helpful. Food quality good that's why giving 3 stars, otherwise i would have rated 1.

Amenities are very poor. The condition of the room and washroom is terrible. It is not maintained. The washrooms are dirty and in a very very bad shape. It is not worth the price.

Very bad room and service. 1 - the glass table in the room was broken. 2 - the tv in the room was not working and the switch board was burnt. 3 - no hot water. 4 - no car parking facility.

Very bad washroom, water tap is not working, too many mosquitos. Highly priced and room condition is too bad

-no covered car parking. -woke up to see that car was filled with hard water spots. Which had fall due to hotels water overflow from terrace. -rooms are pathetic. -stingy/smelly rooms. -dirt unhygienic bathrooms -unhygienic linen. - you will fall ill by staying for a night.

Bad experience services and cleaning. Property location is okay. Food is normal amenities are very bad and services not properly guide. Receptionist no one was answering correctly.
